CONVOYS TO MEXICO BORDER
FIRST AND FOREMOST it is necessary to become fully informed of what the United States Law is
regarding illegal immigration.
That law is stated in the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Resource Manual 1911, Violation 8,
United States Code 1325.
That law is entitled: 1911. 8 U.S.C. 1325 -- Unlawful Entry, Failure To Depart, Fleeing Immigration Checkpoints, Marriage Fraud, Commercial Enterprise Fraud.

(1) improper entry into the United States by an alien,
(2) entry into marriage for the purpose of evading immigration laws, and
(3) establishing a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading immigration laws.
The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) amended 8 U.S.C. 1325 to
provide that an alien apprehended while entering or attempting to enter the United States at a time or
place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty.

This former Democrat President received a standing ovation after he made the following statement regarding illegal aliens during his 1995 State of the Union Address:
"All Americans, not only in the states most heavily affected but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country. The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants. The public service they use impose burdens on our taxpayers. Standing Ovation Statement Regarding Illegal Aliens
Since that former Democrat President uses the phrase "illegal aliens", that phrase is used on this web page.
The facts that follow are based on Department of Homeland Security (DHS) statistics.
First, note the two (2) definitions for the word "asylum" with examples in quotes that follow:

"Illegal aliens apply for asylum but over 95% will be denied because they are NOT political refugees." -
An institution offering shelter and support to people who are mentally ill:

Over 95% of illegal aliens claiming to be "asylum-seekers" may NOT enter the United States
because those illegal aliens are NOT "political refugees".
Of those over 95% of illegal aliens who are NOT "political refugees", 90% do NOT show up
for their asylum hearing.
The "Remain in Mexico" immigration policy implemented by President Trump in 2019 was very effective because illegal
aliens had to remain in Mexico until it was proven that they are indeed "political refugees".
However, Joe Biden deliberately stopped that very effective "Remain in Mexico" policy on his very first day in office
causing illegal aliens to invade the United States BEFORE proving that they are "political refugees" of
which over 95% are NOT.
It is worthy to note that Joe Biden and the Democrats made the absurd proposal to allow between 4,000 and 5,000 illegal aliens to
illegally enter the United States each day before enforcing the existing illegal immigration laws.
That ridiculous proposal was used as a failed attempt to "blame the Republicans" for the border crisis that Joe Biden
personally and deliberately caused.
Biden's Border Crisis has resulted in thousands of Americans and illegal aliens to lose their lives and for women and children
illegal aliens to be raped and trafficked by the Drug Cartels that have made BILLIONS in profits since Biden's Border Crisis began.

The peaceful protest at Shelby Park was held at the intersection of Main Street and Commercial Street in Eagle Pass,
Texas to show support for Texas Governor Greg Abbott who, along with 14 other governors, came to hold a press conference
about the border crisis that was deliberately caused by Joe Biden who, along with fellow Democrats, has been foolishly
trying to blame on the Republicans.
The author politely and respectfully asked the Police Officer, with the mustache shown in the photo below, for permission to

However, that street corner soon became full of other peaceful protestors.

The Border Patrol person I spoke with had no problem with me walking along the fence and taking photographs:

Fortunately, the author had one one dollar bill left and it costs exactly one dollar to walk across that bridge to Mexico.
Fortunately, the electricity was out at the strip mall next to the bridge and the author was able to park the van at that strip mall,
as shown in the photo below, and walk to Mexico.
Note that the yellow circle in the upper right corner identifies the intersection of Main Street and Commercial Street where
the author participated in the peaceful protest that occurred later that day on February 4, 2024.

Not only did the Officer grant the author permission, the Officer also rearranged the traffic cones and police barrier tape
to make room for the author to do so.
The van can be seen parked very conveniently close near the southeast street corner.
